About

Gretchen Blycker Mason is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) trained in mindfulness-based therapy, specializing in sexual and relational health. Gretchen’s philosophy and practice in therapy are rooted in compassion, non-judgment, unity, and evidenced based modalities that are directed toward healing, growth and integration.
She is a highly attuned therapist who incorporates skills of accessing information about integrating body/mind/brain gained from her 15 years as a licensed massage therapist with her training in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, endorsed by leading brain research and neuroscience. As a result of the growing need for the treatment of intimacy disorders, sexual trauma, and online/offline sex and love addiction, Gretchen is training with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals for her certification as a sex addiction therapist.
